Renovated 2 bedroom house located next to Meadia Heights Golf Course. This home offers hardwood floors, 2 full baths, private patio and a decorative stone fireplace. House is conveniently located within minutes of historical Lancaster city where you can discover quaint shops, interesting restaurants and an eclectic farmers market. Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
