We have big windows which all open for ventilation including a large view window facing Penn Cove. A deck outside faces the view as well. There is a small refrigerator and microwave as well as Keurig coffee. Longpoint Beach at the opening to Penn Cove is a 10 minute walk through our quiet neighborhood.

A modern outdoor hot tub is available dedicated to the Beach Studio guests. The Beach Studio now has a brand new full kitchen. The walls are all covered by beautiful paintings. There is plenty to do on Whidbey Island, at the many parks, kayak in the cove, or stroll around historic Coupeville. This is the ideal location for people that love the water.

Set between Whidbey Island and Washington's mainland, beautiful Camano Island can be reached by car. With over 56 miles of beaches, boating, salmon fishing, clamming and crabbing are bountiful. There is a grill, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. The property also has several different outdoor living spaces including a bluff patio overlooking Penn Cove and a covered gazebo with gas firepit, all near Historic Coupeville on Whidbey Island.

Greenbank Woodland Studio

The Studio is uniquely situated on a 2 1/2 acre property with private access. It is a downstairs studio with (another studio upstairs.) It has its own entrance door and carport covered parking. The studio is a perfect clean warm home base for up to two guests to relax. With many tame deer , rabbits and small seasonal pond the yard is left to grow a bit wild.
