This historic home has the charm of the old house with the new Modern style set up. It is 3 mins drive from downtown Springfield. Within 5 mins drive to the medical district and the historical sites. This basement unit offers a full-sized memory foam mattress with a private bathroom. 55” TV. A dedicated work space, a romantic dining area. It has microwave, coffee machine,toaster and portable stove,front-load Samsung washer & dryer. (Washer & dryer are shared with main floor unit guests!)

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

PERIWINKLE SUITE is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This is a adorable one bedroom one bath unit (in a two unit home) that has a private entrance with its own key code that takes you downstairs to a shared laundry and your private entrance into the apartment. You are located in the heart of Peoria Heights and 1/2 of a block from the main strip! With a full kitchen you can either cook at home or go out during your stay!

Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.

The queen sized mattress is soft and luxurious, but if you prefer a firm mattress, this may not be the bed for you.

You are going to love the Holly and Matt suite. This unique, octagon-shaped, two story suite is set behind an 1875 Italianate mansion perched high atop one of Petersburg's many hills. Our home sits on 7 quiet acres including a pond. We are conveniently located between Macomb and Rushville with a 15 minute drive to either community or 20 minutes to the WIU campus in Macomb. Enjoy the quiet country setting with a walk around the pond, taking in beautiful sunsets and bright stars at night. Deer passing through is not an unusual sight!
