The bars, restaurants and shops are a stone's throw away, one is literally attached to the building! The ferries and the beach are not much further than that. Our spaces here are named after the seven villages in Barnstable and offer self-check in and out and more privacy than a hotel.

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

This property is in a perfect location, providing easy access to both the upper & lower Cape, near numerous restaurants & activities, in a quiet neighborhood & within a short walking distance to some of the Cape's best Nantucket Sound beaches. Salt Tide Cottage is a private guesthouse with off-street parking and a serene outdoor space. It sits behind the main house with its own back yard space with hammock. Just a short walk to the ocean, beaches, the library and the general store.
