Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

This absolutely darling two-bedroom bungalow is located about a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, which is lined with restaurants, live music, local artisans, boat rentals, fishing tours and more. The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building.This is a perfect spot to stay while enjoying this beautiful historic town.
