"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The Meeker House (Charming 3/4 Bedroom w/ Hot Tub)

Ideal for families in need of ample space, a getaway with friends, or business travel, this residence boasts an open & warm layout. The house features three bedrooms, a den, & a bonus landing on the second floor. Additionally, there's a private hot tub that seats 3 to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully updated & well-equipped. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown BG and City Park, & close to BGSU. This spacious mid-century modern home invites you to come & enjoy its comforts.

The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

This house has been updated with all the modern conveniences and amenities, but still maintains the Tudor charm. The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably and is situated perfectly between downtown Bowling Green and Bowling Green State University.
