The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

An excellent choice for families and groups who value privacy, a beautiful garden and easy access to airport.

Renovated, cosy and spacy 124 sqm villa!

This unique villa fits perfectly to families or several couples. The house is from 1960ies, and represents Alvar Aalto style. There is a separate sauna building with wood burning stove - after the sauna you can chill on 70 sqm terrace and grill yourself a nice dinner listening to the birds singing! The surroundings of the house are very appreciated and calm - however, the bus stops are located only a few hundred meters away! It takes ca 30 minutes to travel to Helsinki City center.

Omakotitalo Espoossa flyygelillä lähellä merta

Iso omakotitalo lähellä meren rantaa takalla, puusaunalla ja flyygelillä. Isossa talossamme on vuodepaikkoja jopa 8:lle. 4 makuuhuonetta, erillinen työhuone, olohuone, keittiö, wc, pesuhuone suihkulla ja sauna. Pihassa on tilaa 2-4 autolle. Etäkokouksiin on täysi varustelu. Majoitu luonnon keskellä mutta lähellä palveluja, hiekkaranta 300 m päässä. Cafe Bistro Sommarö palvelee (0,6 km) päässä. Erimaiset yhteydet niin julkisella kuin omalla autolla. Bussilla metrolle.

Talossa on 4 makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, mukava saunatila, ulkoporeallas sekä hyvä piha-alue vaikkapa mäenlaskua, grillaamista tai pihapelejä varten. Alueen nimi on lintumetsä ja tämä paikka melkoinen lintukoto!
