The Shepherds Retreat is a luxury shepherds hut in East Yorkshire, set in a 13 acre field surrounded by the resident flock of sheep at our family farm. The hut is a self contained hideaway with fitted kitchen, dining/lounge with log burner, bathroom and bedroom. Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

The property is situated on our working farm in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, 2 miles from Malton. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton

Locally you have Allerthorpe water park and various golf clubs in the area nearest being KP Club in Pocklington. On the foot of the Yorkshire wolds with lots of scenic drives and walks.

Modern and well appointed with large gardens, comfy sofa, chairs & table for up to 6, fitted & equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms, one on each floor, both en suite. Rusholme Grange's self-contained cottage is at the heart of an arable family farm surrounded by beautiful open countryside. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. We are ideally located for Selby, Goole,York, Hull, Leeds, or further afield whether you are on holiday or working.
