Also, a Gas Fire Pit on lower level deck- available to guests, UNLESS Fire Danger’s high- will be removed. There’s a total of 3 queen-sized beds & 4 single beds, in the new expanded Blue Bird Haven, which can sleep 10 guests. Basic de'cor- relaxing! This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.
