Elk Haven Cabins are poised in a perfect setting only minutes from downtown Custer in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Our location provides convenient access to many local attractions including Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. Each cabin has a main floor bedroom with queen bed and a loft with 2 queen beds. The loft is a common area divided by a wall - not private. Cabins have full kitchen, bbq on deck, fire pit, picnic table. We are pet friendly. No cleaning fees.

Large front deck with views, large living room and dining room, large kitchen, downstairs entertainment area, and back deck.

Restroom-guest fav, a few minutes’ walk and located in a shared building, not in unit, pictures in listing. AC in summer (June 1) and electric heater in winter. Non aggressive dogs. No bathroom in unit! Self-check in. Directions are sent the morning of arrival. If your unit requires a passcode, that will be sent upon booking. No WIFI

If you enjoy the convenience of a camper but don’t enjoy campsite crowds, you’ll love this private camper/RV site. You will be the only camper on the property, yet still close enough to town to enjoy all that Custer has to offer

The house sits on 40 acres and is surrounded by National Forest. You are in the heart of the Black Hills while still close to all the must see sites.
