Our Place

Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. This may be the most isolated wilderness location in Ohio with high-speed WiFi. 1 hour scenic drive from the new Intel plant. Rustic cabin on 160 mostly-wooded acres at the epicenter of Ohio buck country. Adjacent to Woodbury Wildlife preserve, 19,000 acres of public land. Our land may be hunted w/upcharge & signed lease. Peaceful crisp nights w/little light pollution, great for stargazing, a perfect romantic getaway. Close to 1830s canal town Roscoe Village, Amish country, wineries & more.

Retreat to the Fresno Escape! A private cabin featuring a year-round hot tub, perfect for relaxation. Tucked among pines and rocks in the heart of Amish country, where the occasional clip-clop of horse and buggies adds charm. Styled like a railroad depot, the artistically furnished home displays intricate stonework, tile and custom stained glass. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Cozy Cabin Nestled in Nature

This beautiful cabin is tucked in on a wooded hillside, very private, cozy and comfortable with beautiful scenery all around. It is the perfect place for a romantic get away or to kick back and unwind with a couple friends, away from city noise. The cabin is located close to Amish county…there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive, with a spacious 7 person hot tub available for guests year round, as well as an outdoor and indoor fireplace for when weather is wintery.

River Rest Cottage in Coshocton

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by Kenny on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The Walhonding Hideaway

The Walhonding Hideaway is a 3 bedroom home on the Walhonding River. It sleeps 6 very comfortably and a 7th on the couch . While sipping coffee or cocktails on the deck you'll feel as if you are directly on the River. There is a beautifully landscaped bonfire area for nightly fires. You may even see Amish buggies stroll by some mornings. During your stay, consider taking the three rivers wine trail or spending the day in historic Roscoe Village.

Downtown Historic Craftsman Home

The historic Spangler Inn offers a beautiful and inviting stay. Sleeping 1-10 people with ease. Great location but still quiet and relaxing. It's perfect for families, friends or weekend away! The spacious living room and open eat-in kitchen provide comfort and dining enjoyment. Ample parking with an electric car charger. Cozy 2 Bedroom Cabin with Hot Tub

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin in the country. Surrounded by woods, rolling hills and plenty of wildlife to watch. A pond is a nice walk up the gradual hill behind the cabin. Located in the heart of Three Rivers Wine Trail, there are plenty of wineries to visit, as well as our favorite local brewery, the Wooly Pig. There’s a large hot tub to enjoy on the deck outside that is big enough for 8 people.

Baltic Loft on Main

Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!
