There is a dining area with refrigerator, sink,microwave,induction hot pate convection toaster oven, coffee maker, french press dining table,Alexa and LCD TV. The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES.

This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

The Coachman's House is part of a larger estate built in 1852. Tucked away on top of a hill, the property is accessed by a long, winding drive through a park-like 3+ acre oasis in historic Germantown. The renovated 2 story cottage once served as the coachman's home and is adjacent to the main house and the former stables. With a private entrance, the first floor contains a mini kitchen, seating area and work space nook. The second floor contains a queen size bed and private bath.
