The private 16-acre property is bordered by a conservation area and a 300-foot private beach. Year-round amenities include a pier and an in-ground pool with amazing river views. The estate also hosts weddings and events for up to 100 guests (event fee additional).

This is a two room above the garage apartment with a dedicated side entrance for guests separate from the main house by screens down and a barn door up. Once upstairs you have your own private space. 810 Seabreeze Rd is a quiet cozy retreat located on Brooks Creek off the little Choptank river directly across from the ragged point county boat ramp and dock. Guests are welcome to bring their boat. The house's private dock is just a quarter mile from the public marina. This house is the perfect place for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, crabbing or just relaxing watching the sunset over the historic little Choptank river.

Regenerate at the Serenity House! Second floor apartment; three spacious queen bedrooms with SmartTV, equipped kitchenette, work space with WiFi, mudroom and laundry on the first floor.
