There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Les gites du vieux verger, gîte 2 personnes situé à la gauche de la ferme, avec un porche et une porte d'entrée individuelle. Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 10 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.

A 38min du Val de Vienne, proche Futuroscope, 1h de Limoges et Poitiers et 5 min du Dorat, gare à 3min liaison Poitiers - Limoges. Dans le studio : un coin canapé avec TV, un lit de 140×200 et salle de bain attenante . Dans une autre pièce une kitchenette (airfryer, micro-onde, plaque induction) et WC. Garage à disposition (vélo ou moto).

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.

Everything you need is in the kitchen, tea, coffee, utensils, etc
