The Barrett Cabin

Welcome to our cozy retreat located steps away from the shores of Lake Barrett. This charming cabin offers 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom a perfect blend of comfort and rural beauty. Our property provides an open floor plan, kitchen, washer & dryer. Embrace the great outdoors with a variety of activities to enjoy; bird watching, fishing, roasting marshmallows by the fire or snowmobiling in the winter. Come and experience the beauty and serenity of our retreat, where a genuine Minnesota getaway awaits.

Cabeezoe ( half cabin / half gazebo )

Our cabin is nestled in a wooded area & is very private. 15 minutes from 3 different towns with Wadena being the biggest. There's a queen bed on the main floor bedroom and a queen bed in the loft bedroom. WIFI/ cable television are available. Can sleep with the windows open or use the air conditioning. Outdoor pets are welcome, no pets inside please. You will have a view of the pond & we see deer on a daily basis. We will supply bedding, bath towels, cooking utensils, plates, cups & silverware.

Experience Minnesota lake living at our charming retreat on Lake Cowdry. 2-for-1! This pet-friendly property offers two separate sleeping areas. "The Main Cottage" offers modern amenities in a cozy, nostalgic setting with a kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom and pull-out sofa. "The Hut" is a converted lakeside boathouse that includes a queen bed and half bathroom. Enjoy lake views, a private dock, canoe, bikes, propane grill, and 55-inch smart TV. Perfect for a family vacation or couple's getaway!

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.

This brand-new cozy, modern cabin is ready for year-round fun! On Lake Ida, a premiere swimming, fishing and boating lake, the cabin offers superb views and direct access to the clear, sandy lake. Game room, bunk room and fire pit for maximum family fun. The property is great for multiple families, several couples, or for a group retreat to get away and relax! It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - amazing linens, fast wifi, child gear and fully stocked kitchen.

Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our getaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

The Lake Place - A-Frame on Lake Miltona w/ Sauna

The Lake Place is a brand new A-frame cabin built to share our favorite place with you! Make memories in the cozy living room with friends around the electric fireplace, climb the ladder to the 3rd story loft for the view or perfect kid’s hideout, or open the oversized patio doors to visit the lake, just steps from our back door! Welcome to the A frame on Lake Osakis. This charming cabin is an easy escape from the every day hustle and bustle. In warmer months enjoy canoeing, paddle boating or playing yard games on our private 1 acre lot. Don’t forget about fishing; Lake Osakis is a premiere fishing lake & the cabin is located on a Walleye spawning creek with its own private bridge! In the winter, snow mobile right onto the ice for fishing, or check out the nearby trails!
